Responsible AI

Identity comes first. AI stays accountable.

eFind ONE is the account and authentication layer for eFind. When AI-assisted experiences interact with identity or account security, they should be designed around clear boundaries, human control, and privacy.

01

Do not confuse identity with inference

Account identity should come from trusted authentication and verified account information—not from an AI system guessing who someone is.

02

Keep security decisions understandable

When automated systems help detect suspicious activity, account protections should remain explainable and provide appropriate recovery paths.

03

Use only what is needed

AI-assisted features should not receive more identity information than is necessary for the task or permission the user chose.

ONE is an identity service, not an AI persona

eFind ONE exists to authenticate accounts, support recovery, and connect identity across eFind services. It should not be presented as an AI assistant or as a system that invents identity attributes about a person.

AI-assisted security

Automated systems may be used to help identify patterns associated with abuse, fraud, or unusual sign-in activity. Those systems should support—not replace—appropriate account protections, review processes, and recovery options.

Connected eFind products

Individual eFind products may use AI for their own features. Their use of AI should be described in the context of that product. eFind ONE should share only the account information and permissions needed to support the connected experience.
