Terms of Use
eFind ONE Terms of Use
These terms describe the basic rules for using eFind ONE and the eFind account services it provides.
Last updated: October 4, 2026
Using eFind ONE
You may use eFind ONE to create and access an eFind account and to authenticate with connected eFind products and services. Additional terms may apply to individual products or services you use.
Your account
You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for taking reasonable steps to protect your credentials, recovery methods, and devices. Please report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Acceptable use
You may not use ONE to gain unauthorized access, interfere with authentication systems, impersonate another person, abuse account-recovery processes, automate attacks, distribute malicious code, circumvent security controls, or use the service in violation of applicable law.
Connected services
Connected eFind products may have additional terms governing their own features, content, purchases, communications, or data. ONE provides identity and authentication and does not replace the terms of a connected eFind service.
External identity providers
When you choose to authenticate using a supported third-party provider, that provider’s terms and privacy practices also apply to its part of the sign-in process. eFind does not control services operated independently by those providers.
Security
eFind may take reasonable steps to protect ONE and its users, including limiting access, requiring additional verification, invalidating sessions, or changing authentication methods when necessary to protect accounts, services, or the network.
Availability and changes
eFind may add, remove, or modify features, authentication options, integrations, or security controls. Temporary interruptions may occur for maintenance, security, infrastructure, or circumstances outside eFind’s control.
Suspension or termination
eFind may restrict or terminate access when reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, repeated violations, or protection of other users and services. Where appropriate, account recovery or appeal options may be provided.
Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by applicable law, eFind ONE is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. eFind does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Nothing in these terms limits rights or remedies that cannot legally be limited.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, eFind will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of or inability to use ONE. Any limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.
Changes to these terms
eFind may update these terms to reflect service changes, security requirements, legal obligations, or new integrations. The current version will be posted on this page with its effective date.
